Task: Tasked with developing engaging social media assets aimed at promoting conversations in legal-tech. The challenge was significant, limited time frame to create and promote these assets, and needed to attract a large audience of legal professionals.
Solution: To address this challenge, I adopted a collaborative and strategic approach. I worked closely with a cross-functional team, including marketers, and illustrator. Key partnership was formed with a illustrator to create custom illustration. We developed a suite of visually striking assets, tailoring content for social platforms to maximise our reach. A consistent visual theme was established to reflect the innovative nature of legal-tech.
The results exceeded our expectations. We attracted over 1,000 participants within short time frame, surpassing registration goals. The virtual event itself was a success, receiving positive feedback from attendees.
This project highlighted several key insights, the power of visual storytelling in attracting a professional audience, the importance of cross-functional collaboration in tight time frames. By combining these elements, we were able to create a compelling and successful virtual summit.
