To develop a marketing campaign promoting document software, highlighting the entire journey from document creation to processing.
Solution
The project kickoff with the Marketing team to understand the brand essence, campaign objectives, and desired website features. Following this, I conducted research to align with the existing brand identity.
The core concept revolved around creating a visual narrative using symbols to represent each stage of the document journey. I developed a series of unique icons or illustrations for key processes, ensuring each was distinct yet part of a unified design system. This symbolic journey was then integrated across various assets, including the website and social media, designed to be modular for focusing on individual features or the entire document lifecycle as needed.
Throughout the process, I presented concepts to the team, iteratively refining the designs based on their feedback to ensure alignment with brand essence and objectives. The resulting campaign effectively visualised the document software’s capabilities, using an engaging symbolic journey to highlight the product’s approach to document management.
